IRS Approved

Generative AI for Kids, a Texas nonprofit corporation (EIN 42-5101431), is recognized by the IRS as tax-exempt under section 501(c)(3) and classified as a public charity under section 170(b)(1)(A)(vi), effective September 14, 2026. The IRS determination letter (Letter 947) is dated September 28, 2026. Contributions are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.

Fundraising & Partnerships

We plan to fundraise from leading AI companies to secure API tokens and cloud storage resources. These partnerships will allow us to provide hands-on AI experiences to kids at no cost, removing the biggest barrier to entry in AI education.

Volunteer Teaching Program

We will recruit passionate volunteers — including college students and high school students — to teach and mentor our kids both online and offline. This peer-driven approach makes learning relatable, scalable, and fun.

Advisory Board

We are assembling an advisory board of industry experts and university professors to guide our curriculum, ensure educational rigor, and help shape the future direction of our programs.
